How Ai Phone Voice Agents Can Help Your Business
One of our clients, a wealth creation company based in Sydney, wanted an Ai phone voice agent to conduct 500 wealth surveys each week to a cold list. The goal was to provide their sales team with qualified leads to follow up and convert into sales.
It was a challenge getting people who don’t know you to participate in a survey. It took 24,000 calls to achieve the required number of completed surveys. The AI agent, however, was able to complete that volume of calls in just three hours.
Through testing, we discovered that the optimal time for call responses was between 4:00 and 5:00 PM. Using this insight, we ran 8,000 calls during that window on Tuesday, then repeated the process on Wednesday and Thursday.
To put this into perspective, if a staff member had made those calls manually, working seven hours a day and making 200 calls per day, it would have taken six months to achieve the same result. At a wage of $35 per hour, this would have cost nearly $20,000 more than using the AI bot.
